Minimum Work Experience:
ive years management/leadership experience in medicine, preferably in a comparable hospital; geriatric experience highly preferred.
2. Solid understanding of business principles, i.e., strategic and financial planning, budgeting, business planning, organization theory.
3. Proven leadership skills, i.e., planning, communications, motivation, mentoring, interpersonal skills.
4. Track record of managing multiple departments/functions, preferably in a comparable health care setting.
5. Proven success in program development and implementation, including outreach screening programs, research and clinical trials.
Required skills:
Education/Certification and Licensure:
1. Current Hawaii licensure as a Registered Nurse.
2. Bachelor's degree in health care, business administration or related field.
3. Master's degree in health care, hospital administration, business administration or related field
